May marks Canadian Jewish Heritage Month — a time to celebrate the rich culture, traditions and history of Jewish communities in Canada and around the world. In the Richmond School Â鶹´«Ã½AV, we are proud to support all learners in developing a strong sense of identity, belonging and connection.
With approximately 38,000 Jewish people living in British Columbia, the province is home to the third-largest Jewish community in Canada. Canadian Jewish Heritage Month is an opportunity to learn more about Jewish heritage and recognize the community’s enduring contributions to the cultural, social and civic life of our province.
