Under the Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA), the Richmond School Â鶹´«Ã½AV is required to report annually on disclosures of wrongdoing made within the year. This includes the number of disclosures received, investigation outcomes, and any recommendations.
Since the implementation of PIDA for school districts on December 1, 2023, the Richmond School Â鶹´«Ã½AV has not received any disclosures of wrongdoing between December 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024.
